My husband is AWESOME!!! He and Reagan got me a BEAUTIFUL bag for Mother's Day this year and I use it EVERY DAY! It is the perfect summer bag and it is so large that it doubles as a diaper bag. I am not sure how I will ever go back to using a small purse :) I think they may call it a "Mom" bag...but if it is a "Mom" bag...it is the cutest "Mom" bag I have ever seen!!! Well, this purse was starting to have items spill out because I was stuffing too much into it. I am like a girl scout and always need to be prepared...or is that the boy scouts? Either way...there was to much crap in my bag. So, I decided to make an "emergency" bag for my car.
I put diapers, diaper rash creme, wipes, dog bags (I use these to put dirty diapers in), lotion, baby soap, swim diapers, sunscreen, powder (great for getting sand off), band aids, tweezers, hand sanitizer, a thermometer, baby Tylenol, gum, tweezers, one baby outfit, pony tail holders, Similac dry formula, fruit leather and Happy Baby Sweet Potato Puffs. That way it will ALWAYS be in my car and can easily be moved to other cars or a stroller if the need arises.
I also decided to stock my car with water, febreeze, 1 package of wipes, several diapers, a changing pad and a large umbrella. I think these items will be used pretty often :)

The Ball Pit
One of Reagan's favorite things to do at My Gym is to play in the ball pit...I like to call it the germ pit :) I figured we could create a mini ball pit at home. My plan was to set it up in her play pin downstairs, but the package from Amazon arrived earlier today...during her nap.She woke up while I was cleaning the balls and so I didn't have time to set it up downstairs. So I took the balls upstairs and dumped them in her crib. She was still a little groggy from her nap, but enjoyed playing with them. I will take some pictures of her playing with them in her play pin/pack n' play and post them soon! Here is a link to the balls
Blueberries!!!
Good morning!!! I am not going to mention any names...but someone I know LOVES blueberries :) Today was the first time I introduced blueberries and I think the pictures say it all! Our girl is head over heels about them. When I steamed and blended a box/pint of the them I was shocked that it only made 3 servings and unfortunately I only bought one box of blueberries at the farmer's market on Saturday. Guess I will be stocking up this Saturday :)

Black and White Party
It was a pretty rainy day here in Winter Garden. It rained on and off all day long :( However, the rain did not stop us from having fun!!! Today we skipped My Gym and went to a play date at the library. One of the Moms from our play date group rented a room at the local library and we had a "party" for the little ones. She asked everyone to wear Black and White as that was the theme of the party. It was so much fun and there were about 30 Moms with their babies...the ages went from 4 months to 14 months. Although Reagan can't crawl yet we spent most of our time with the older kids because she gets to interact with them more than the little ones. Reagan is very social and wants to touch everything and talk to everyone. Even though she is very social she wants her mama to be with her when we are in a large group. I tried to walk away for a moment to put something in my bag and she turned, put her hands in the air (which means pick me up) and fussed. It was actually pretty cute that she wanted to make sure I was there with her. The party decorations were amazing and there was a photo backdrop set up too! Included are a couple of pictures of our girl!

My Gym Fun!!!
Dang Gina! I have not put anything on the blog since I started it almost a month ago. BOO!!!! I am going to do my best to keep up with the blog. Even if it is to write a sentence or two about what we did! Reagan is growing so fast and we are enjoying seeing her change daily. She is getting her top two teeth...that makes a total for 6 teeth all together! I will take a picture of her teeth sometime this week...I promise! She is becoming more social every day...I know this must shock everyone since Chris and I are such introverted people...ha ha ha! Last night we went to Bonefish for an early dinner and Reagan was working two different tables at the same time. The ladies at both tables were playing peek a boo with her...too funny. She loved every moment of it and was definitely aware of the reactions she was receiving when she laughed and talked to them.
Most recently, My Gym has been her favorite place to go. We go twice a week and as soon as we walk in she starts bouncing and kicking her legs in excitement. Chris sings her the My Gym welcome song at home and she gets the biggest grin on her face. I love that we get to work on her gross motor skills and make new friends! We have been lucky enough to have both my Mom and Chris's mom go with us to see her play. Both Moms loved going and seeing all of the wonderful things we do each week. Reagan is so lucky to have our family so close and involved. Here are a few of pics of her at My Gym. Have a great week and I promise there will be new entries this week, so be sure to stop by and check it out!

Pool Day!
Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all of the men and women who have served or are currently serving in our military. I will forever be grateful for all that you and your families do for us.
Today was a pool day...well, it was a pool day before the afternoon storms rolled in. Afternoon storms mean it is officially summer in Florida!!! Reagan is a water baby, so it is good that we have a pool. As soon as her feet hit the water they start kicking and her face lights up. I kind of think watching our sweet 130lb. Rottweiler, Samson fearlessly jump in the pool and play has helped her think the pool is a fun place to be. I thought the water was a little too cold to enjoy, but I was obviously wrong :) We are waiting till the end of the summer to do the ISR swim lessons for her because her Pediatrician recommended that we wait until she is around 9 months old. We are going to get her in the pool and ocean as much as possible, so she will be even more prepared for her lessons! ISR lessons are a must if you have a pool in your back yard and a child that can walk...in my humble opinion :)
We are getting excited about hosting 5 of my girlfriends from college! Three of the ladies have babies and I cannot wait to get the little ones together. I told Chris that our little girl has a built in group of friends that she will have summer adventures with throughout her childhood. My college friends come in next week and I am trying to get the house ready for their arrival. I wanted to get all the babies floats for the pool, so I ordered one off Amazon earlier in the week. We had to test the float before I ordered a float for the rest of the babies. We found a winner. Even though she is lathered in sunscreen I thought the cover would help keep the sun away as well. Reagan reminded me of Fred Flintstone...too funny. I can't wait to see what all of the other babies think of the pool and their cars. Hopefully we will have all smiles and no tears! Check out a few pictures of Reagan in her car. Oh, and here is a link to the float we got Reagan. Check out the baby float on Amazon!

Memorial Day Weekend
Hey! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Memorial Day
weekend with friends and family. As of last Friday I am a Stay At Home Mama. I
know I am going to have my plate full, but I am going to blog a few times a
week during Reagan’s nap. This will be a place where you can see what adventures
we are embarking on each week. Get excited!
I have included a couple of pictures of Reagan from last
weekend at Chris’s 35th birthday party. We had a blast and got to
enjoy the new back patio that Chris has been working on for the past month or
so. I also included a picture of Reagan and her Daddy napping on the couch. Love it!!!
Goodnight,
Cassandra
